i am a huge fan of erica weiner’s (mostly) vintage jewelry, which i discovered on a recent thrifting trip to brooklyn (i bought her brass-casted bald eagle talon, and have since been thoroughly obsessed).  at her nyc boutique i found myself infatuated with these vintage 1960s nameplate bracelets.  though i was lucky enough to find my namesake, i was fully ready to assume a new vintage alias—perhaps peggy, colette, candy, irene, marilyn, or maybe even tammy. at $5 a pop (and 5 for $20), a newly assumed identity is definitely affordable.
